R & S Tool & Die Company Limited is a family owned business operating

since 1972.  The owner, Donald Downey, has been working in the field since 1966. 

We are located in Pakenham, Ontario, Canada ... just 25 minutes west of Ottawa.

We are also a dealer for Pelican products.
